Friday 2nd March

weight tonight 83.5kg,Dont really like getting lighter, but i have lost a lot of body fat,and thats my goal for about 2 more months, before i hit my up coming cycle.

Iv changed everything about my eating habits,so that when i bulk in the next couple of months,i will put on some lean mass (hopefully). :wink:

Trained Legs tonight with my mate thats a personal trainer, and it was fucking mean as!smashed them hard.

So started off doing light weight for lots of reps and ended up doing heavy weight till failure,and more reps, :shock: on every exercise. arrhhh (its got to be good for ya) :lol:

Also changed leg night to just train quads and hamstrings,so il train calves on my shoulder night.

Training 5 nights per week now,having sat & sun for rest and recovery.

now im confident that my legs will grow,still fine tuning my form on squats but getting there.tonight my lower back didnt give me any greif for a change.

il put my new program up in the near future.

Im still here,just been having a break from updating my journal.

Tuesday 3rd April

Weight tonight 84kg,feeling less fat these days :pfft: ,even getting a bit off shape in the abs.

got down to 82.7kg :shock: ,but been hovering round 83kg lately.

Trained chest tonight,felt strong as for natty. :pfft:

Flat bench

60kg x 12 reps

100kg x 10 reps

120kg x 10 reps (last 3 spotted lightly)

130kg x 5 reps (last 2 spotted)

100kg x 9 reps

DB Flys

28kg x 15 reps

30kg x 12 reps

32kg x 10 reps

34 x 10 reps

DB incline press

40kg x 10 reps

44kg x 8 reps (last 2 or 3 spotted)

Cable cross overs

4 sets increasing 1 plate a time

Machine flys

Cant wait to start my next cycle in a couple weeks,its gonna be mean ha ha.

That chest work must leave you with some good doms lol lots of stretching of the pecs with most of those movements!

Yep youd think it would,but honestly i can go as hard as hell on chest and get a good full pump at the time,

and the next day im a bit tender and cant strech out fully,but i dont really

feel sore.(only chest).ha ha

But legs are a different story,ha ha,doms every time.

cool read heapsa details. You made great results on your second cycle too. You were way leaner and bigger. You can see abs in final pic

sounds like you have a cruizy job brother 8)

I think the cycle b4 last was my best weight gain aye,12.5kg gained i think,but on my last cycle using deca & test i did stay leaner.

On my next cycle it will be interesting because im using

tuesday 17th April

weight tonight 85.3kg

2nd day on this cycle

start weight on friday (and proberly the last month) 84kg.

Trained chest tonight and noticed more strength and staminar already,

taking ;

50mg tren ace ed

50mg masteron prop ed

30mg danabol ds ed

500mg test e ew

felling fuller already,even had a few comments he he :lol:

I have already changed my diet for bulking, and i will add more food as i can.

gonna try and get more sleep this time round.

so far so good,il update my journal as i go,just to keep tabs.

Hey cheers Phedder and hjp for the encouragement (spelling?),

I feel this will be a good cycle,my strength has gone up slightly already (nothing compred to whats to come though :D ),

I got my son to take some pics lastnight but bad lighting and he was tired aswell so dam,deleted them all, il get some this weekend,and definitly some after pics to compare.Il post them up here after this 10 weeks.

weight tonight 85.4kg,

Trained Shoulders tonight & it was pretty standard but increased reps on sets and some weight aswell (i wont put tonights training here cause im gonna make a feed now).

woke thismorning feeling a different soreness in upper body,even feelin like im growing?, or somthing different anyway?.

i did go hard on chest lastnight, and trained back & lats monday night.

Its all good.

Training LEGS tomorrow night and i will go xtra hard,my mind knows im getting stronger so thats gonna help.I have been going extra hard on legs for a good 5 months now,i recon they have grown but its hard to see in photos. :shifty:

20th April

weight tonight 86.4kg,lastnight 86.3 kg.

trained arms tonight,feeling good and strong :nod:

did legs lastnight and had a pretty good sesh,got to the gym a little late so it felt like i had to rush,(i hate that).

So its been 5 days on this cycle and my weight has increased 2.4kg. :D

Lunch & smokos for the week

4.2kg rump steak with 4 jars of dolmios and 1kg of pasta spirals all mixed together.

Monday 23rd April

Weight tonight 87.8kg,eating like an etheopian at a christmas fest though ha ha,on the weekend id have a good feed then about 1&half hours later i felt so hungry, like im gonna throw up,so i have to eat more!didnt give myself a chance to get hungry today, cause i ate heaps all day long ha ha.

Trained Back tonight which was excellant apart from the dreaded lower back pump :evil: ,f*ck that sux big time,had to cut deadlifts short because of it!!!

only worked up to 140kg for 8 reps,i should be doing 160kg +.

I wonder if i dont take d-bol on back day,would that lessen the lower back pump?(please respond)

gonna have a feed now,more chicken. =P~

Try using a roller to loosen it up a bit - do your glutes and hammys to bro - mine pumps the same every now and then. Violator fixes it pretty quick.

weight tonight 87.7kg

Had a really good Chest workout tonight and feeling strong as.

I havnt benched 140kg for ages but felt i should give it a crack,to see how my strength is.pushed 3 reps with no spot so im happy with that for now.ha ha

swiss ball sit ups

I start every training with 100 or so.

flat bench press

60kg x 15 reps

100kg x 12 reps

130kg x 7 reps (last rep lightly helped)

140kg x 3 reps (lift off bench, but no help)

150kg x 1 rep (nearly had it,lightly helped)

120kg x 7 reps i think?

DB incline press

30kg x 15 reps

32kg x 12 reps

34kg x 11 reps

36kg x 8 reps

DB flys (lying on bench)

26kg x 15 reps

30kg x 12 reps

32kg x 11 reps

34kg x 9 reps

seated machine flys

4 sets not sure on numbers but last set up 2 plates.

cable cross overs

4 sets all good

standing machine calve raisers

9pps

seated calve raises

40kg x 20 reps

50kg x 15 reps

50kg x 10 reps superset non weight calve raisers 25 reps

40kg x 15 reps superset non weight calve raisers 25 reps

finished off on bike set at 15 random for 9 mins.

i can feel my strength increasing each day.(lovin it)

Strength is coming a long mean! 140 for 3 on the bench is strong man!!!

Agree on the foam roller, hurts during but feels gooood after!!

yea the strength has come along nicely alright, but lots more to come :nod:

my best lift on benchpress was 160kg for 5 and i can get 140kg for 8 reps consistently.(while in my peak).

and i had a chat with a mate pt yesterday and he said that about the foam rollers aswell,il try it out on monday before training back.

Had a good shoulder workout today,its primo increasing the weight i normaly do,front db raisers felt amazing,went 22kg db instead of the normal painful 20s.

Thursday 26th April

Weight tonight 88.5kg 4.5kg increase in 10 days :clap: ,(weight is weight when bulking :D ).

Feeling a bit tired tonight and it was hard to get into the groove? :twisted:

Anyway i trained Legs, and all went well apart from i found it hard to get motovated doing squats!!!

And dam lower back pump does not help(il use roller next time).

Leg extensions

Leg press

squats

60kg x 20 reps

100kg x 15 reps

120kg x 12 reps

120kg x 12 reps (pain in lower back so gave up)

Leg curls

Seated leg pushes (machine)hammies

hyper exstions

+ 10kg plate x 1 set (squashed nuts and sore lower back)

Need zimmer frame to walk.

had to lie down in ute before i could drive home (lower back).

Monday 30th April

Weight tonight 89.3kg ohhh yeeea :lol:

Trained Back tonight and left dead lifts untill last,(good Idea),but still got mean as back pump even though i was feeling strong.

started work out with 100 swiss ball sit ups as usual then tried out those rollers on my lower back,by the time i did that 4 times i think i got the hang of it?(was shown by a mate how to use it.)

wont go into workout detail tonight but i was proberly feeling the strongest iv felt in a long time.

it was a mean as workout. :rockout:

Training is going well man as is the weight gain!

Keep at it bro. I have been foam rolling heaps an it is definitely helping me feel a bit fresher an less tight! Got to love it

True that foam rolling does make sense to do alright mate,I think il use it every training day after sb sit ups,it was a bit painful at first, but il get use to that in no time. :nod:

To be honest my strength is awsome at the moment,its kind of like ,iv got hydrolics inside me, ha ha (kind of),cant wait to hit chest tomorrow (i think its chest-cant find my program?).il just look back in my journal to see.

Man if i could squat like you,id be a scary mofo.....ha ha,Il keep on trying mate.

Tuesday 1st May

Weight tonight 89.5kg

Trained Chest tonight with one of the biggest guys at my gym,fcuk he goes hard, but i managed to keep up most of the time.

We trained alot differently than the way i train normally.

but hell yeeea budddy it was a mean style of training,sweated my ass off ha ha,not very long rest breaks at all,felt a bit bloated aswell because of what we consumed pre workout. :shifty:

also did calves and a bit of biceps.

Cheers brother your a fcuken machine.

Before training we went and met up with Flex Lewis,Good guy,i met him a couple of years back aswell.

Had a bloody good night.
