Thanks guys, its great to hear that feedback. I won mr WFF Victoria, and 1st in the nabba/wff nationals in class 2 athletic and 2nd overall, graeme lancefield is sending me to the universe next year in june im very excited.

i weighed 78kg at the nationals not sure about bf, graeme and judges said my shape was good for athletic as the nabba boys are very big and have short muscle bellies, im natural at the moment but used gaspari mitotropin to rip up

Looking absolutely shredded in those pics mate, well done

What'd you think of Mitotropin? Did you follow the manual with it?

I'm on my last week of it, good so far :)

i rekon the mitotropin was really good, and yes i followed the manual and thought it was good to. its awesome for pre contest, in my opinion all gaspari products are really good i used the superpump 250 and thought that was awesome

Hey bro looking good, but i think you need to work a bit harder on your abs. Is that a family size jar of Vaseline in the background of those first shots ?

lol  yeah bro i like to look nice and slippery before photo shoots. in the vic show i made the mistake of using dream tan vascularizer it made me look like i lay in a tub of oil, never again,

but thanks again Diamond for all the advice for the last two weeks it dried me up really well

nice work. sliced. what was your pre comp diet? mod carb, keto, carb cycling?

Hi NZPT, i keep the diet really simple until the last couple of weeks. Beans, eggwhites, boiled chiken, oats, shakes, and brown rice.

i keep the carbs up really close otherwise my energy gets to low for training around a cup a day. Then the tricky stuff starts the last two weeks and i also keep good fats right up to the show day
