quick session for once, squats were really fast tonight and crisp, really liking just "dropping" into a squat more than slowly lowering myself into it

bench felt moderate.

did all the lifts with the commands..thanks for my old tp gettin a crash course in them, gotta fubered afew of them but ahh well, will do afew more sessions with the commands just to get them sunk into my brain

Squats: really fast tonight and they felt really lite getting some good speed comming outta the hole...depth looked good by video will be the judge of that

Bench: felt really good. brought the grip in just abit made me hit the sweet spot better

deadlifts: snappy and crisp. new setup gives me alot more drive thru my legs now boris should be happy i did the numbers he set out for me to do

coming together well there big fella..squats still a little high but a bit hard to judge from the vid and you were getting to depth at CBC the other day...keep stretching those hammies bro! HARD!

Bench and deads look on track and Ive secretly put down a little wager that you'll pull 250+ on the day :nod: and we'll see a last call pose from you to honour our mate :lol:

BB: sorry been a shit couple days for me didnt get any trainin in on tuesday as i had left nearly half my gear/shoes at home after work and i couldnt be arsed going backwards and forwards to home and gym :oops: i know...slack!!!

One thing I learned from Boris (of the oh so many things!) was that there can be times when it pays to listen, eh!

The iron will be there tomorrow, and the next day....

yea tfb. sometimes have to listen to the body and sometimes you need to break out of the " I r robot mode" now and then, i can still say that deadlifts are my fav exercise, yet i dread doing them on wednesdays with a passion!
