yea i know, hasnt been going on much in here mainly because the back is still stiched up

but did get SOME good news...stiches will be out in 10 days and i should be able to resume some semblence of training the week of the 23rd which with some luck i can slot a 2nd attempt at a conditioning week before resuming a another stint of sheiko 8 weeker on #37

ive also cleaned up the eats back on the kumara and oats bandwagon!

wow!

those pics in the middle of your vid are very tricky!

we dont see the small tyre in the first part of the vid. Then we see a pic of him bending down to pic up the big tyre.... then we see the "big" tyre way in the distance above a car and looks like he has just thrown it.

I looked at it like 10 times... I thought steak must have just thrown it in the air as he is closer to it.

Next time best be dragging or carrying or something heavy, walking aint cardio!!

The daily eats

1: 2 whole eggs and 1 cup of eggcell/scrambled 1 cup of oats w/cinnomen and a flat white, 500ml of water

2 1 can of tuna in oil with 1 cup of rice, dash of apple cider viniger, 500 ml of water

3 fruit

4 1 chicken con don bleu cheese xtracted, 1 cup of rice, 500ml of water

5 1 chicken con don bleu cheese extracted, kumara, 500ml of water

6 400grams Sirlon steak, kumara, 500ml of water

7 maybe some whey b4 bed and greentea

hasnt been the best of weeks tbh..Found out this morning the my Uncle Brown had passed away this morning who i was faily close too, which hit the whanau pretty hard. But im not one to dwell on a passing of a person i tend to look at the live that they lived and celebrate them, its also given me a deeper disire to be all that i can be and what i do, esp in my sport, so when ive been given the green go ahead from the docs for my back im dedicatin my nxt comp to my uncle brown, and i will be trainin with a intensity ive never had before!...no regrets!

Today i didnt get to lift the big ass weights with the crew, so i took my idop and the sled and did some sled drags

sled+30kgs (20kg plate = 10kg plate)

running up hill then running backwards downhill 5 times

after that i wanted to yak!...the sled is evil, yet ill be back for more!

Nice clean eats for breakfast this morning

Breakfast at hollywood cafe

1st plate 2 slices of toast, tomatoes, Bacon, and mushrooms

2nd plate Eggs Benedickt, with toast and extra bacon

3rd plate 4-5 pancakes, more bacon, 2 Bananas and extra helping of maple

and a spearmint shake to wash it all down
