Bow squats were awsome today. had some mental ques written in my journal to help with. setup/breathing/keepin everything tight esp core....the weights just flew up, alot more tidier setup to the box. and big deep breathes very pleased :nod:

Bench felt good and strong. pleased to see my incline is almost onpar with my flat bench, i feel my setup is getting better and better each time i bench, did have to call someone over to help me unrack but they didnt touch the bar much on the way down and up which was good..all and all a good workout :grin:
