HEEEEEEEEYYYY

OK so to be honest

I fell off the wagon

i was not watching what i was eating and the gym was a place i hated cuz i felt the pain of not going regularly enough

BUT

I changed gyms - have a new routine and i'm back to a better more consious diet

I feel better than i have in months - and i know it's gonna get better every time i go - the trainer/gym owner - makes the routine to suit each member - it's not a big gym

I have a different routine everyday and never know what to expect

I LOVE IT

and he's there if i need advice or correction

it's AWESOME

I'M EXCITED TO GET FIT AGAIN!!!!!!

so keep an eye open for more journals with more info
