Being short of breath is not ideal bro. Ease your way back into it. You have time on your side. Where are you training at the moment?

Classic. Mike and I train there on Fridays to use the Smith Machine for delts. It's a good gym. :)

Back tonight - athsma still bad short session felt weak as hell so f&^&%^&$ frustrating!!

What is your breathing pattern when you train... it may sound like a dumb question so please dont answer "in & out". I have trained a few peeps with asthma and have got them to monitor how they breath & when they hold it. Often, by recognising how you breath, and adjusting it, you can train more effectively without having to short change your training.

This is shown quite highly with cardio & high intensity training. Often with cardio a person may take 2 breaths in before taking 1 breath out; asthma sufferers often take 1 in, 1 out. Have a play around & see what you come up with.
