I decided to start a log as i have some spare time.

I am about 6'3", and roughly 75kgs. I plan to pack on some more weight after nationals, which is in 2 weeks.

Results from the CDs in march

Squat - 120

Bench - 75

Dedlift - 150

I seem to get given food alot,but i think it might be because they all think im too skinny :pfft:
