Today was delts and triceps...well OHP and close grip bench were the mains with a few other arm waves chucked in :lol:

Got my OHP up to 80kg for reps (took a couple of attempts :lol: ) and close grip now at 110kg for reps

here's the highlights and lowlights :lol:

cool vid steak, so how much can you close grip when you use a full ROM?

the same pal...like to keep a constant tension on the triceps doing those close grips...hater :lol: something wrong with my overheads too?

i was more meaning that you wernt touching at the bottom, not the locking out at the top part as i agree much better to keep constant tension. and nah overheads were fine..... apart from the few push pressed ones :P:lol:

Today was squats

bike, stretches, heavy leg extensions - 10 mins

Squats

12x60kg

10x100

7x140

5x160 added belt

4x180

3x190 added wraps (wrapping inwards this time)

2x200

2x205

Added suit, wraps and belt

5x180kg

1x200

2x210

2x215

Earned some more cool welts 8)

Finished the session with 4 sets of heavy toe presses - didnt count just went till failure on each set :twisted:

Came home and ate like a demon - 500g mince, 1 bag couscous, 3 spuds with thick slices of cheese wedges in them, 1 litre of milk and some fruit. Off to Coast Barbell now to assemble a couple of benches and organise the deadlift platform material.
