Samoan Muscle - You are the next Mr Olympia. You support is awesome and I am honoured that you even even bothered to post in my journal. You have been blessed with the best of genetics, you only have to look at a weight and you grow muscle...oh if only we could all be like you. You are so welcoming and supportive to all that care to share on these boards and the positivity of your posts and advice is such that without you and your generosity these boards would not be the same. I wonder would you mind for us mere mortals perhaps posting a recent photo and sample of the god like training you must do?

ta mate...delts have been a weak point but they are getting stronger slowly.

Today was quads and calves

Warmed up the knees on the leg extension... a few sets of 100kg

Squats

8x60kg

Box Squats

Need to cut my new box down a tiny bit and drop further below parallel. 1st time for these so took it nice and easy.

Seated calf raises

3 sets of 25-30 reps both legs - 156kg

3 sets of one legged - 100kg - 156 kg - 10-20 reps - no rests :twisted:

Abs - various

Eats: much the same

Board Presses all with regulation pause at bottom

BB Curls

10x10 at 35kg

finish off with some crunches - various

Boards were easy but 1st time on them so slow and steady will win that race 8)

Eats have been the usual steaks, eggs, brown rice, veges, mass shakes, fruit, oats, etc and heaps of water on a mint day here so mint in fact Im gonna walk down the beach and hopefully DoC want try to roll me back into the water when they see me lying there. DoC - Putting the Con back in conservation :lol:
