Just back from my 6 week weigh in and measure

Stats

weight: 126kg (+ 1kg)

Tale of the tape

Chest - 127.5cm (+ 1.5cm)

Thigh - 71cm (+ 4cm)

Calf - 45.5cm (+ .5cm)

Neck - 50.5cm (+ .5cm)

Arm - 45.5cm (+ 1cm)

F/arm - 37cm (+1.5cm)

Waist too has had a wee gain of a couple of cm :lol:

BF caliper test next month but I'd be 20% or so at the mo.

I have put over 20kgs on my deadlift, ATG on squats, bench has gone up 10kg+thanks to better form/technique and some good advice/vids from Eastside, Dave Tate and Westside and in general strength has gone up on all lifts

Pretty happy with the gains esp on the legs ands no too phased with the waist going up as I expected that with 5000-6000 cals a day going and the extra rest day a week. Photo....

Re: the neck...I measured it last too thinking it was going to be as round as my thigh when I started lifting :o:lol:
