Great T-bars...esp the narrow-grips...as for bw dips, ditto wot P&W said....that's damn strong!

yup its very narrow grip use one of those little v pulleys that gets used on the seated row machine, and yea just started to add weight to the dips last few weeks wanna try for 60kgs n a few weeks!.

on another note went out saturday night and got drunk ahhh!!!! so kinda pissed off about that as sunday didnt eat fack all and lost a bit of weight hmmm :doh: at least i got lucky though!! \:D/

you could try:

-sea legs nausea tablets $5 for 8 tabs i think from pharamacy - ive used them they have a wee sedative in them to help you drift off, whilst settling a sick, stomach

-lavender oil - a dab on your pillow, supposed to help induce sleep

-prescription sleeping pills

na cant stand lavender and lol yea gotta go get me a prescription first!!

Dr Small to the rescue. I have no clue, I take ZMA and dont' notice any cool dreams or better sleep. I think probably another date would knock you out good :pfft: :pfft:

thanks, umm its one of those leg presses where its on a 45 degree angle and pile plates on the sides. old school ones not those seated horizontal ones.

think i got a rep at 140 for squats but i prefer not to do them as they give my stretch marks, seem to work my core more than my legs, and legs are growing much more using leg press so gonna give squats a miss for a while.
