had a good new years, few too many beers :) but gotta enjoy yourself every now and again

training last year in summary was good, started out in jan at 80kg heaviest i got to was 99 b4 dropping back to 94-95 for a few months

strength increases were good all round, deadlift would have to be the biggest dissapointment only increasing around 20kg but good increases on everything else

where to from here ? going to be a busy year but will be aiming for at least 105kg by end of year.

first time using bands today was suprisingly hard but will keep at them.

Training at ESB mate? You'd have the meke set up for bands eh?

Ive started using them too but we have to anchor them down with plates n shit :lol: Blue bands on the squats \:D/ Felt great at the time but im feelin it now. 8)
