weighed in after gym 96.3kg

im about the same weight and i finally think we are squating the same (175me)

you obviously had to drop the weight a little to get down lower?

nah just squatting as deep as poss atm, if i went to parallel nums would be higher

Great news about the shoulder. Mine often plays up and then just self corrects. It's always a much better feeling when you aren't worrying about how it might be going to react when you train!

what is the bench qualifier ?

There was a bench qualifer for the National Bench Champs on today at Eastside. Alf benched 207.5 kg at about 84 kg bodyweight. Tec did 170 kg at 74.8 kg bodyweight. World class benching. :nod:

Yeah he has to weigh in at 82.5 kg or less. 1.5 kg is not much and he won't really have to do much to lose that. The goal is usually to train a bit over your competing weight and then drop water in the last 24 hours. So you wouldn't expect him to lose any strength.

so had a bit of a shit day with regards to food, ate f*ck all.... and i really mean f*ck all and i sure as hell payed for it in tonights leg train, day off 2mo so im gonna stuff myself till i pop :x

gonna drop the reps for the next few weeks and try get my strength up a bit... while keeping form as good as possible
