Good, keep the records on here.

what compounds do you wanan do ?

test, ill probably go with e, only other one id do is prop but i think ill go with e

and was thinking of dbol (typical) but i bloat pretty easily anyway and id have to run a anti-e with it so maybe not, so maybe anavar (as im interested in strength gains mostly) or deca depending on how thatwasligt finds his deca/test e cycle

dude if your getting sore joints (as you said in your earlyer post) a lil bit of Deca might be the way to go.

yup just gotta research it a bit more..... wasnt sore joints today but yea your right i have been getting sore joints.

im going to start a cycle of test + another compound im still deciding on.

really looking foward to seeing the results!

yup ill be doing pics, diet, sides, dosage, sites and everything else

you done a cycle before craig ?

na havnt done one but could be interested in the future..... we'll see how urs go

Or you could keep it simple

Test E - 12 weeks 500mg

Dbol - weeks1 - 4 @ 40mg to kick start the test.

pct with Nolva.

no to the dbol thinking of a few options atm....

1, test e 400mg wk

2, test e 300mg wk + deca 300mg wk

3, test e 300mg wk + deca 300mg wk + anavar 30-40mg ed first 4 weeks

4, test e 300mg wk + deca 300mg wk + winstrol 40-60mg ed first/last 4 weeks

5, test e 400mg wk + deca 300mg wk

anyone have any thoughts on these cycles ? i know which one im probably going to go with but be good to have others opinions......

or if someone has a better idea then speak up.

last day of epistane today

will weigh in 2moro to see how much i gained

thought it was pretty good all up strength/endurance went up quite a bit but got really sore/dry joints from it so strength in the last week has been shit

would i do it again ? yes, but will go for something better next time, think its a good compound to use for someone who isnt quite ready for steroids but wants an extra boost - more than creatine can give.

so been sick the last week, very sick. lost 3 kgs :cry:

but lost a bit of fat too tryd to keep protein and fluid intake up, so im going to have a lean bulk/cut so i like nice for summer.... yup like everyone else.

new workout routine is

Monday: Back / Calfs (heavy)

Tuesday: Shoulders / Abs (heavy) / Cardio

Wednesday: Legs.....quads , hamstrings , calfs (light)

Thursday: Chest / Abs (light)

Friday: Biceps / Triceps / Cardio

Saturday: Calfs (non weighted) / Cardio

Sunday: rest

reps will be ranging from 12 - 20 for most exercises and 6 - 10 for the 3 big lifts.

started a 5x5 program last week, so just trying to add a bit of strength at the moment, dont expect people to comment just recording to see if i improve, if its going good will start a cycle......

anyway

tue: first time training legs in a few weeks (injury) but felt good

military press - seated

50x20 warmup

80x5x4

standing

60x10x1

bb squats

60x15

100x5

120x5

140x5

150x4 just easing back into squats and finding were strengths at...

stiff leg deads

60x10

100x5

120x5x3

leg press

220x15

260x15

310x10

350x8 .... was doing these with someone else, will go heavier next time.

legs swollen up today and very sore so think size will come back on them quickly will have a measure 2mo

those 2 guys are very irritating in that video lol

yea mate legs were still a lil bit sore on sunday thur and fri they were almost painful lol but in a good way, felt good to train them again

since then have done both chest and back workouts, trynna up the weights gonna start bulking again on the 24th (finish work on 23rd)

so off on holiday 2mo went to ymca for a quick workout

hitting all bodyparts 2 sets each both to failure, anyway....

just had 1 chest ex and tris/bis left to do and some fuckface told me i had to get out because i was wearing jandals, app its a osh safety issue, i said just let me finish im not even using free weights but he was like nah sorry.......

so to him and all staff at ymca f*ck YOU!!!!

f*ck yea im fuming ay !!!

umm because its about 20m from my house and i was too lazy to drive to cc bt cc's right near my work so thats why i joined there, plus its way better, ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lucky i got some free weights at home to finish my workout

dont worry i wont be making the mistake of going there again.
