150x1 PB im not sure what my real pb is for this but got 150 today so thats fine think iv got more than that b4 though. but was breaking parallel so yea.

ok so this is just a short journal......

will be taking it at....

week 1:20mg / 2:20 / 3:30 / 4:40

or week 1:20 / 2:20 / 3:30 / 4:30 / 5:30

but will see how it goes the first week.....

additionatly i will be taking...

ultimate nutrition horsepower:before each workout and on days off

ON creapure:5g day

ON: BCAA's - 8 a day, 2 on waking, 2 pre, 2 post, 2 before bed

multis

liver support

epistane cycle support

protein intake: aiming for 220-250g a day from shakes/food - but mostly food.

carbs: will be having plenty, but will try to keep most of them clean.

will be recording all workouts and increase in strength/feeling and anything else i feel like adding starting 2mo.

weight upon waking this morning (empty stoumach/no clothes) was 84.5kg

Has your diet and/or training changed at all on this cycle, or have you been doing this for a while? (Ie, will gains be attributable to the cycle, or to eating more?)

umm diet is all good, put on around 8 kg through the time of the nzbb challenge and its still improving but will be upping the food intake for sure but still think it will be prety easy to tell if its the food or the epistane

DAY 2

woke up a lot during the night needing to pee, and im talking biiig long leaks. but might just be the creatine doing that.

speaking of which, the powerhorse creatine seems pretty good gives a good pump and heaps more energy in the gym, makes you sweat a lot though

oh and appetite has increased noticably....

upped the dose to 30mg today which i will continue to run for the next 4 weeks :D

appetite has increased heaps, ill stuff myself till im about to pop then 30 mins later im hungry again :shock:

now i tried to do some dips but i couldnt even manage 1 which was weird as even on my weakest days after a full workout id still get 10 easy

triceps were very swollen and had a massive pump in them

so went and finished off with some tri pushdowns

triceps still really swollen now - 40 mins later...

so very weak today - but mostly coz "the pump" stopped me from doing any more.
