so weighed in after i got home from gym tonight, no clothes - empty stoumach before i had my feed n shake and im 83kg was 76.8 when posted picks for nzbb contest so put on over 6kgs and can still see my abs \:D/

and im starting my non-roid cycle next week of tribulus creatine and some n.o pills so might just be able to put on the 10kgs i want to by the time the second set of pics have to be sent in. :grin:
