yea have to train with you sometime, umm there workmates lol they were having a bench comp between them dont train with them usually. but yea they were benching 80kgs not bad for there size, and the fact there 40 years old and dont work out

140kg underhand grip pulldowns for 8 is awesome stuff. I'm 110kg and 140kg for 8 is heavy for me at present so with arm strength like that you should be arm curling some serious weight my friend!

date was good ay had one wed night too so didnt get much sleep :x and no time to cook my meals for the day!! gotta try not too let it affect my b'bing in future :lol:

and yes correct. N is for negative, lowering slowly as possible till its a few inches off chest.
