How've you found your strength since not training for so long?

What's your goal atm? Still wanna get down to 9-10%bf?

hey rookie,.

i achieved that goal already before i had a month of partying and drinking

probably about 15% now can see all abs but have lost a decent amount of weight

strength ? not sure as i havnt trained at all in a while

this week is just a light easing back into it. and back into some solid eating too

i have started taking some creatine and protein this week.

be interesting to see where the next few weeks takes me

Good to see you back into the gym though bro, smart approach- easing into it slowly.

yup all natty

a lot can happen in a month. to be fair its been 2 months. but theres a lot of things more important in life than training.

yea easing back into it but still got some major doms going on. havnt felt this sore for a looooong time.

eats ... protein at every meal, plenty of fruit and vege and a cheat meal chucked in every few days.

sorry to dissapoint you rookie

today was chest/tris

strength has started to come back :)

put on 4+kg in just under 2 weeks so might need to cut back on food before i start storing it as fat.

lol I am not disappointed, you just seem to talk quite a bit thats all. We don't know if your strength is coming back unless you post numbers up

will be muscle packing in the glycogen - i'd keep the cals going mate until you notice the fat coming on. Will help with recovery times and strength gains restored.

yea starting to fill back out, especially in arms which is odd since i havnt trained biceps in a while guess there getting hit from other exercises.

yea good point. will see what happens

took plates off - no rest

v squats - really liking these atm

X sets till failure

leg ext.

X sets till hard to raise with min weight.

i took this picture b4(friday) of quads relaxed so i can see improvements in a few months.
