Q. Do you think it's true that bodybuilding survives solely from gay men as fans?

A. I don't necessarily think that bodybuilding totally survives from gay fans but I do know that that the gay population makes up a huge part of the IFBB's fan base. And, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that at all. I have nothing against homosexuals; they are people too. I appreciate a comment from a gay man just as much as from a heterosexual woman. As a matter of fact I receive a greater amount of e-mails from gay men then anyone else. No big deal to me ... live and let live I always say.

today was shoulders

i did some db presses and also some raises and exercises to hit the rear delts i got a good pump.

No doubt going to get massive gains if I keep going back to those sessions, a quote from the net "there's no magic pill, its just hard work and eating right"

i have started to do powerbuilding today i have decided so now i can get big and strong and not just big like i am currently getting. though i am much much bigger than most people there is still a minute amount of smaller people that are stronger than me and this bothers me.

all in all a great session looking forward to halloween party tonight i am going to dress up as wolverine hopefully i dont get drunk and attack anyone with my blades :lol:

yesterday was arms

cg bench

sets

tri ext

incline skillcrushers ez bar

ezbar curls wg

rope curls cg

hammer curls with a twist

then calves to finish

notes: before each set of CGBP i was yelling out LIGHTWEIGHT to get me motivated i could tell people were impressed and thought i was hardcore because everyone was staring 8)

i recently watched a clip on how to get HUGE calf muscles so im gonna give his workout a shot for next few weeks see if i see any growth its basically just high reps every day using different foot positions.

not sure how that will go as didnt really feel any soreness in them yeterday or today like i do when i go heavy but they wernt growing frmo that either so :x

How've you found your strength since not training for so long?

What's your goal atm? Still wanna get down to 9-10%bf?

hey rookie,.

i achieved that goal already before i had a month of partying and drinking

probably about 15% now can see all abs but have lost a decent amount of weight

strength ? not sure as i havnt trained at all in a while

this week is just a light easing back into it. and back into some solid eating too

i have started taking some creatine and protein this week.

be interesting to see where the next few weeks takes me

True bro, so you go all natty this time or still gonna be on the hard stuff? Damn never knew 1 month could alter your condition so quickly.

Good to see you back into the gym though bro, smart approach- easing into it slowly.
