cheers . yea wanna be able to do some heavy front squats soon. i hope :pray:

today was back and calves

felt reall stimmed up sweating heaps bit dizzy and wide eyed

first proper weak back into deads managed 200x5 felt pretty easy last one i had to grind out though

short on time so cant fill the rest out, have a good sat night everyone

notes : trainings going mint atm, puttin a little weight on while getting leaner and stronger. changing split round a bit as i never seem to end up doing biceps so going to give arms there own day.

Yeah 21's a good for tension and pump eh.

Give incline skullcrushers a go, me and Doc do them- real good stretch on the long head of the tri.

had a real rest day yesterday, felt sick - proper sick not alcahol or lazy sick.

today i did hams/lower back

GM's

5 sets

Deadlifts

5 sets

Leg curls

sets

plan was to do hyperextensh and gHrs but cbf driving to usual gym so just went to gym across road. which didnt have these. so made do. nextt weekn willm be more lowerd back sets

noteS: when doing deadlifts second dont try do normal weight :oops: last set was a fail haha had real sore hams after the gm's
