taken a few weeks off

started doing cardio today (signed up to play rugby this year)

after having severe cramp in my calves and throwing up starting to realize how unfit i really am :lol:

starting jack3d by usp labs today so that should be interesting. might start doing short video logs if i can sort out how to do it. be a good chance to get feedback on my form and advice.

nah just lots of cheats meals :D going to save the drinking for saturday night.

shit workout. had a great chest workout today but trying to do 2 workouts on 4 hours sleep... not a good idea.

deads felt like ass and didnt have any energy to train hams today :roll: live and learn.
