drunk a 2l of choc milk on top of food today made me wanna :puke: several times but held it in..

hey craig what is up with the 60kg log, its missing a bar on one end ? :x that 40kg one is too light and the 80 kg is too heavy.

good volume on bb press today, good improv over last week

LOL! I had some fresh pineapple and a whey shake pre workout tonight, now that was fucken gross, I'm fairly sure it was curdling inside :shock: Lesson learnt etc :pfft:

You know that I am a big fan of the posterior chain day. Especially when you are looking to grow. That way you hit your lower back with your hams. Under your current split I would probably slot them in with quads. When I was training with DS we were doing the following:

Monday- Chest

Tuesday- Back

Wednesday- Hams and calves

Thursday- Shoulders

Friday- Arms

Saturday- Quads

Sunday- Church

If you want to only train 5 days then I would go with quads/hams/calves on the same day.

Only my opinion of course.

Nah, quads and hamis is way to hard on same day, be a 2hour work out if you add calfs. In my experience hams get a half ass train after you smash your quads.

(this is assuming you kane quads first, otherwise train the same day)

6days is just to much, yeah maybe a pro or two use this split but they are living the bbing life style no work and eat all day and night, plus they have the super stack to go with it. Average Joe is not going to be able to handle this and even if they could they will not see any extra benift from another day. Can't put a price on rest!
