yes i find it very good, legs are very sore today

I will take a stab, after Lugi has completed all of his full reps he continues to do quick partial reps (pulses)

are you down for a race to 3 plates on the bench?

a race to 3 plates..... hmmm, so are we talking just 1 rep ? pause at the bottom ? what is your max atm mine is only 120

trained alone, was a quick train short rest periods and lots of volume

incline ezbar skullcrushers

tri pushdowns

cg benchpress

preacher curls

Axle bar curls-21s

good sesh tonight, legs are insanely sore :x appetite for all things is on the way up will have a weigh in next weekend

legs today

bb squat training by myself today so no spotter

bar x warmup

140x6

150x3

140x8, found a spotter for this set, got 7 by myself then a lil help on last one felt much better than last week form was good, nice and tight, controlled and deep.
