dont roll ur eyes at me ! im not building suspense im not the one who keeps commenting on my journal and bringing it back up (apart from this post) quite happy to let it sit at the bottom of the pile unnoticed

Lol I know how you feel its stressful when someone posts on your journal and you would rarther just let it die for awhile. But it appears there are some people who are interested in your training hence why they keep bringing it to the top of the pile.... do it for you fans :wink:

1 set of walking lunges to finish 15kg db halfway bodyweight on way back

good workout, good to get back into back squats the weight should fly up on those in the next few weeks had a bit of a break from them..... GROW QUADS GROW :twisted:
