but I have a 21 y.o doing 210kg bench (no pause)

whos pushing the most down at eastside?

Get him along to the Eastside Open on 28 November. It's an informal raw event and open to all comers. 210 kg is impressive. We will have the video camera there too.

Possible split bro. Here's 6 days first:

1. Lower back/hams (posterior chain)

2. Chest

3. Lats

4. Quads

5. Shoulders

6. Arms

If I went 5 days I would probably adjust as follows:

1. Back (including lower back)

2. Chest

3. Quads

4. Shoulders

5. Arms

You could play around with this a bit. Slot in abs and calves before workouts.

Mate I reckon 6 days is the way to go. Gives each bodypart emphasis. Recovery may be an issue but you can skip days if your body tells you it needs a break.

so yea will most likely follow the 6 day split listed here by the doc and get some advice from him and fry and the other big guys down at eastside had a nice casual few weeks now im ready to go hard and step training up
