Possible split bro. Here's 6 days first:

1. Lower back/hams (posterior chain)

2. Chest

3. Lats

4. Quads

5. Shoulders

6. Arms

If I went 5 days I would probably adjust as follows:

1. Back (including lower back)

2. Chest

3. Quads

4. Shoulders

5. Arms

You could play around with this a bit. Slot in abs and calves before workouts.

Mate I reckon 6 days is the way to go. Gives each bodypart emphasis. Recovery may be an issue but you can skip days if your body tells you it needs a break.

possibly do 6 days will have to talk to danny , that 5 day option ur missin hams as well.

Sorry. Yeah I would do them after quads.

The big problem I see with doing say quads after hams, or biceps after back, or triceps after chest, is that you are generally pretty poked and they get second class treatment. If you can focus on one bodypart and get the job done in 45-60 minutes then I think it is a better option. Obviously it has to fit into your lifestyle as well.

The other option is to do the 6 day split but only train 5 days a week and then the training days just change each week.

I'm not an expert bro. And even the experts don't know your body like you do.

You realise that the reset program isn't for body builders right?

Are you sure?

Only if you want to lose muscle..

I think it's for anyone who wants to throw their money away into a evil corporation (by definition) founded by a pyramid scheme, this could include bodybuilders.

How are they evil? :-s

Evil is probably a bit strong. They do have some good products. I just don't think that this is the forum for "recruiting" distributors. That's just my view.
