meal #1 is 3 enchilada wraps filled with chicken and chilli beans and topped with enchilada and cheese then grilled so cheese is all melted and goes golden then topped with sour cream

meal #2 is chicken fried rice with cashew nuts with a side of fish and chips :lol:

meal #3 3 bits of home cooked hoki cooked in homemade batter on top of a serve of green beans and potatos baked in cheese mmmmm

attended the bench press seminar held by reuben simanu tonight as well down at ESBB learned a few things that i will try put into practice over the coming weeks good to hear from someone with such a lot of knowledge.

and what happened to those pics you put up?

umm im doing a powerlifting comp if that counts ? but will spend the next year or two getting bigger and stronger, theres no rush its a marathon not a race etcetc

Good call mate. I think you are doing the right thing by focussing on getting stronger and building a good foundation. The size will follow. I think that too many guys rush into the competitive bodybuilding arena. Possibly why there is a shortage of really big guys on the scene. After all, it is bodybuilding. :)

Good call mate. I think you are doing the right thing by focussing on getting stronger and building a good foundation. The size will follow. I think that too many guys rush into the competitive bodybuilding arena. Possibly why there is a shortage of really big guys on the scene. After all, it is bodybuilding. :)

yea mate for sure, i think im on the right path with my training at the moment and should make some great gains over the next year.

6pps to failure supersetted with 15kg db lunges

back squats

front squats feeling good will be doing these first for next few weeks and just try increase the reps each week should easily get 6-8 at 120 next week should of today just went down a bit fast and couldnt get out of the hole on 4th rep

back squats felt good to finish were hard and seemed to hit everything nicely

*will most likely split legs up again and hit hammies with ghrs and stifflegs later in the week today was more focused on quads

Your front squat technique is awesome. Deep and upright! I think you will be handling 140 kg on these in the not too distant future.
