If it's not chronic just try to find movements that don't aggravate it. Arnold press might be okay but shoulder press might be painful?

If it's not getting better it could be worth a visit to a chiro. I go to Guy Trolove at Garden City Chiropractors and he is excellent. He will be able to tell you whether you need to take it further and get a scan etc. Hopefully nothing too serious.

yup ill give it a shot on friday

rest day today. legs feeling nice and sore for last 2 days they should be all healed and ready to hit some heavy floor deads 2mo :twisted:

chest still feels a bit sore from yesterdays workout ... cant wait to hit it hard again.

eats have been pretty good last few days havnt missed a meal and had a few cheat meals. will have a weigh in 2mo after gym.

i find the best shoulder rehab is increasing fapping volume by 10%, followed by some static stretches... give it a try! but use both hands, you dont want to fap isometrically, youll create imbalances..

I think you mean "fap unilaterally", not isometrically. In fact, unless you've got some freaky technique going on, I don't think it's possible to fap isometrically.

How does that bodyweight compare with where you have been bro?

weights been pretty stable for a few weeks now lost a few kgs when i was sick then put it back on when i got better.

just needa up the cals!

weight is getting up there again man 8)

shoulders/tris tonight just by myself

wicked training session weights were pretty shit for the shoulders but made up for it with high reps/dropsets/supersets

INTENSITY was wicked tonight ! still got the meanest pump in delts now

tris were great as well plenty of dropsets and easily pumping out reps at 100kg for close grip bench did some bw dips at end and couldnt even get 8 so there well and truely fried :twisted:

now 2 days to rest and eat !

haha, this is how I ate when I first started. Hope your getting some steak in there bro. You'll get to 100 in no time with that diet. Maybe wash it down with a shake :lol:
