i know i said i wouldnt post in here anymore ... but i say a lot of things

anyway back into training today - trained at eastside barbell

decline bb bench.... dont like this bench too wobbly ??

incline chest press plate loaded - this machine felt awesome

70x12

90x12

100x12

100x9

flat bb benchpress supersetted with flat flys

70x12 + 12.5x10

90x8 + 12.5x8

90x6 + 12.5x7

70x10 + 12.5x6

chest feeling good, decent workout . bring on quads 2mo :phear:

Will sort that decline out for you mate. Mike Fry and I will load it up in the morning to 170 or 180 and hope for the best! Seriously, it just needs tightening.

Good to see you down at Eastside. Looking solid in real life! That 5 kg will be back in no time. Good old muscle memory.

yup im sure thats it, just a bit hard to bench when your going side to side :lol:

yea im looking forward to training legs there 2mo checking out your equipment! 5kg should be back in no time just needa EAT EAT EAT!!

You are right it is a bit wobbly! You wouldn't get that at a commercial gym haha! Will get it sorted today.
