rest day today :grin:

havnt updated food in a while so here we go.......... no particular order but this is what i will be eating today

2kg of kumara

1kg of chicken

4 weetbix with full milk

1 bowl of ice cream

5L of water

3 whole eggs 3 whites

4 pieces of toast

1 50g protein shake in full milk

vitamins and supplements

2 cups white rice

nice work. But wouldn't you be stronger hitting legs later in the day once you've got some more cals in you?

results speak for themselves? he has tryed later in the day a few times with no success...

havnt tryd any 1RM for ages to be honest, but yea i still got a decent sized pb so im not complaining :)

back feels pretty fried after this workout

first time doing heavy deads in a good few months, going to do them first for the next few weeks and hopefully the weight will go up pretty quick, the 200 felt quite hard but im sure more practice will help a lot, also going to include the rack pulls every week to help with sticking points.

uhh yea..... iv gone back up and edited a few things in, didnt have time before

my weight is currently at 86kgs

Thats pretty bloody good if you can deadlift twice your weight. 8)
