*side note : quads are in pain already :shock: gonna be hurting 2mo....

My quads are hurting like fark...I expect to roll out of bed tomorow morning with the (ouch that farken hurt grimace)and then somehow find the farken strength to sit my ass down on the toilet....lol

do you start your BB row on the floor or hanging?

on the rack, lift off. drop it down to knee level and row into stoumach from there, non of these cheat ass momentum rows.
