Agree with the big girl unit here.....2- 3 hours on a 4-5 day split must be really draining. Look its IMHO, and you've gotta do what works for you, but I can recall years back the then Mr 'O', Dorian Yates aiming for 1RM (Max Rep) as his ideal on his heavy days. Even with the Creatine it sounds like a long time to be training...Now the Dorian Yates way of training may be all well and good for someone who has made Mr O, and certainly not advocating that....(hell you could out of the gym in 15 minutes!) but there is a balance there.

Do you feel like you have either plateaued or your gains are'nt coming as readily as you want?

bench looking good - how are the shoulders when benching? never liked bench myself as always gave shoulder issues for me.

na cant feel it in shoulders much at all, chest has major doms in it today though :)

yea hadnt trained them for a while because they frustrate me as they dont grow, either you have them or you dont and i dont... so just hitting them on a regular basis now . 3 times a week hoping to induce some growth
