:pfft: at that video. I don't know what other peoples opinion are on it but he sort of just reacted instinctively when she slaps him out of nowhere. After he slapped her back he was like whoops but realised he couldn't just apologise so he took the offensive approach and started repeating "How could she slap meh!" a million times. Hilarious. What pisses me off is the 20 guys (esp. the guy in the little black vest and the guy in the pink top)running on to the stage to try beat him up (was so pathetic) and win her over, I wanted to knock that guys teeth in who tried throwing those punches at that dude when he wasn't doing anyhting...

Hmm thats just my take on it, I wouldn't be surprised if other people totally disagree.

Training looks good Luigi, how come your not recording weights for some exercises?

yea man usually do db flys and db press but got myself a new training partner - he can bench 130x6 so im just gonna copy him for chest i think... lol
