how tall are you ? 96kg at 10 bf% thought youd have a fair bit of mass....

(im 6ft). ahah u would think so ahe but nope! think my bones just made up of lead :pfft:

Ok fair enough bro, yep good comment... im open to critisism... i wont say that they shrunk the most in my break off training. they probably did but thats abit of a cop out.

anything in particular? or they just shit in general?

trained arms tonight, was pretty much the same workout as last time.

finished off my community service at the salvation army today thanks to a couple of lil fuckers on this site! was too busy running around lastnight and by the time i got home i couldnt be bothered cooking any chicken or steak for today, said id get up early and do it but neva happened so just ate a range of packaged foods today, yogurts, creamed rice, bit of fruit, frozen milk with protein and oats. not very much food. just ate a roast chicken meal and have chilli corncarn and rice waiting for me at gfs place. CHUR!
