2 months progress

I used to be quite big like a 4 months ago, lost weight from 89 to 69 in 5 months time.

Attached is a pic when i really started going to gym seriously.

If you notice, I've got puny forearms.. :(

Now the aim is to get more bigger and fit and toned. What you got there nick on your display pic could be my goal.....hmmm thats a bloody long way to go!!

How long did that take you? I've been working out for 2 months, started in january but was fully cardio to get down from a obese to healthy weight, took me 3 months to loose 20kg

Now time to get bulk up and tone...

I was so motivated at start but now its just what i want to do, kinda part of my lifestyle actually

I got the will, all i need is the right know-how....

Sounds like you've got some really solid goals there brah.

Gymeez is a great place to go. The boys really know their stuff.

As for advice on diet and training, i can probably help you out. Stop you making some really newbie mistakes that will only hinder your progress. Ie, like using supermarket protein powder.. :pfft:

Check out my bodyspace, it will show you that in two years i have completely changed my physique - http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/yugtaht3/

Flip me a PM and i can help ya out..

Great work Bro. 20kg is a lot of weight to lose. You now have a good athletic base to work with & with good nutrition & training you can make some good lean muscle gains. Set small achievable goals like gain 3kg lean mass in 2 months. Keep a daily check on your progress & make changes in your diet or training if results are not forth coming. Lot of guys on here will help out if you get stuck.

yea go hard on it, have a few servings a day on top of your regular diet and you should pack on a bit of muscle if your trainings good.
