oh my stomach is SORE. i think i have consumed too much protein? 1 batch of pancakes + ~100g chicken + 5 brussel sprouts?? around 150g

owie.. or maybe im just full from eating pp before bed :P

tommorrow's food .. just realised my weigh in is gonna be screwed because i normally weigh in in the morning before breakfast, and tomorrow is going to be after an entire day of eating. oh well.

Squats am (soo weak.. cry.. I hate it when my squats lag so far behind deadlifts :( )

lying on your back, arms straight up holding bb close grip as if you were going to do benchpress, but instead bend your forearms down as if to *crush* your head with the bb... then raise back up. Trying to keep top of arms still. Works triceps :)

i luv the old skull crushers. i do em at the end of the workout so its like playin chicken (meaning) wen ur tri's are nerly fryed u find out y there called skull crushers if u cant finish the rep :pfft:

Had my weigh in last night, was awesome, down 800g.. which considering I usually weigh myself in the morning before eating and this was night time after a whole day of food and eating, very stoked. oh and only 4 days after my last weigh in. so bring on next week.
