Its quite rare to be able to do more on the incline then the flat...

tru?? i would have thought it depend on wot u do first. i do more on incline DBs too.(46's on incline, 41's on flat) but i do them in that order too.

yez i do.

why do 17.5s for incline, and only 12.5s for flat?

regardless of the fact that u are doing incline first and flat second.

heck i do 15s incline first and then manage 17.5s for flat before going down to 15s if my reps arent solid-at least they the same weight, not dramatically different.

hence wat im saying is they are grossly unaligned. flat 'should' be more...

dnt agree. :lol: i think it more important go get more pump etc from inclines as they do more for chest growth etc than flat do. admitiedly cliqs weights are are little on the light side. find a spotter mate and start workin ur way up :wink:

i have never been able to flat what i could incline..

i find by the time i get to flat.. especially considering this is my first descent chest workout in many months.. i cant move much weight..

:) my main focus is on feeling the muscle work.. not throwing big weights around.. i realise my weights are tiny now :grin:

i expect rapid strength gains over the next few weeks.... being that i have just started to train again..

keep your eyes peeled and watch :grin:
