what are you on this site for?? to post up your pic's so we can all say wow your only 16,good for you and woppy doo! is your ego forefilled yet? your doing well for your age but so what and now what??I've seen enough pic's and read enough of you 3 worded replys, do you have anything meaningful too say or to share any experience you've had with your training? that would be of more interest.

totally agree with the above. you come in here and post pics, and wait for replies, a lil more input on the site would be nice

plus you have no traps bro, and it looks weird. sort it out. and personaly i do think your lats a lagging a bit

Shit you guys are funny. How many of you would even bother listening to a 16 year old giving you advice if he hadn't posted up pictures of what he looks like first. Even after seeing his pics you'd still say he didn't know what he was talking about.

He's gotten better results than most guys I've seen at the gym and you guys still have to find some way to rag on him. Nice one, why don't you try and give him some credit. At least he's got the balls to post pics and he's not pretending to know shit by posting up regurgitated crap off other sites, or making inane posts about how big his ego is compared to everyone else's in the gym.

Flex, how many pic's have you posted up of yourself on here and how much advice have you dispensed?? so whats your point?

I've competed a few times myself but i don't feel the need to post my pic's and ask for peoples feed back on this site, i can judge my merits and negatives well enough on my own, the only other reason you would post pic's would be to say look at this!

fair enough if people want to put up pic's of themselves and get feedback. he's had a lot of good feedback to which is fair enough as he's done very well and he should definatly keep at it, but i get the feeling he should put his pictures up on nzdating or some thing cause thats more of the feed back hes after,hes saying look how great i am im 16 and i don't even use protein powder!

If he was interested in anything else but his big ego or lack of as you put it he would do a little more than just post his pic's don't you think?

As far as listening to anyones advice be it from a 16 year old, i'm interested in what works for him regardless of if i would try it myself or not and so what if people has some critique of his physique,no ones trying tall poppy syndrome there just offering their opinon.So in other words,shut your pie hole cause your talking bollocks. No ones saying hes not doing or has not done well.

Your waist here looks far larger than the lat spread because you don't have your pants above your belly button.

i was like 70 kg there thats 22 kgs ago of course my shoulder to waist ratio would be differnet and yes my pants were high who gives a shit

but all he does is make threads with new pics that title a body part and his age, and i dont get how he is supposed to created this body in 4 months when he has a pic from 1 year ago and clearly had been training for a while when that pic was taken.

go to my other thread ive only just got decent size in the last 4 months

There's a way to give constructive criticism, generally it goes along the lines of pointing out some area that may be lagging and then some way to rectify it, but the negative posts here were pretty much just ragging for the sake of it.

By the way I've attached a pic just for you so that you know I'm not just some 16 year old dude. I'm the guy in the blue.

Man you're a tank for a 16 yr old! Wish I'd got into working out at your age, instead I only got started more than 10 years after that, which kinda sucks. What got you involved in weight training initially? The rugby?
