What do you normally take for your low iron? Ferrograd or something a bit kinder to the system.

Yup, I get blocked up really easy on them though so I only take half :shifty:

Nope, I haven't done one before. I forgot I had band practice tonight so I can't go :doh:

I'm tossing up a butt, abs and thighs class or a pump class on tuesday

Pump class this morning - it was focussed more on the upper body so my shoulder and back muscles were screaming by the end :shock:

But i'm now officially addicted

Do it - there are plenty of guys in the pump classes and they don't look homo at all

They're not so gay - we get quite a few guys going to pump at my gym. Most of them hide down the back though :lol:

Do it. They only look gay 'til you actually get suckered into loading up a barbell for squats like you were doing 3x12 reps... but they get all sneaky on you, with a slow down count, pause at the bottom and a slow up-count, and other devious tricks.

Trust me - done right, they aren't gay at all, they WILL kill you!

Yep, those are a complete heart-breaker! And of course, it's fun watching the guys think "I can squat 100kg" so they load up the bar with loads of weight...and then pop a gasket when they end up doing a hundred reps or more!
