Early gym session for a Saturday morning.. nothing like Vee's 5am ones though!

I didn't have much for breakfast so was feeling a little iffy

SB DB Bench Press

10,8,8 @ 9kg

s/s

SB DB Around the Worlds

8,8,8 @ 3kg

Assisted Bicep Pull Ups

10,10,10 @ 48kg assistance

s/s

Assisted Dips

8,8,8 @ 54kg assistance

Dual Cable Step and Press

10,8,8 @ 12kg

DB Bicep Curls

8,8,6 @ 7kg

30 mins bike

I did cardio today toosmiley-sport040.gif didn't find it that inspiring tho kept looking longingly in the weights area :pfft:

When you do 30mins on the bike how many cals do you burn. I did 15 mins and only burned up 50cals. Does that sound about right? Was doing about 80rpm's and heart rate at 126bpm (for my age 85% HR would be 144bpm)Then swapped to treadie.

Ummm i'm not sure to be honest, "my" bike at the gym says i burn just over 300 cals in half an hour - normally at around 75rpm but my HR is always 170-180 cause i put the intensity up high. I really should invest in one of those HR monitors you strap to yourself. Saw one in the ezibuy xmas catalogue :grin:

tbh no i dont, however i do read steaks journal and see her mentioned in there a bit i presumed they were just having an affair
