still can't find out how much the bar weighs

Think most Ezy Grip Bars weigh about 10kg

Thought they where around 7kgs?

I just chuck them on the scales at the gym when i want to know.

Yeah I weighed the one I use at our gym and it was 8kg when I thought it was only about 5kg :?

Hospital went well today, no bruised veins either!

bruised veins are the worst. specially if ya cant stop moving your arms... stay round for weeks!! :(

Yeah, I have extremely thin old lady skin from my medicine too so they stay for much longer. Only just got rid of the ones from 2 weeks ago haha

"Store-brought" supps - like US formula Hydroxycut, Hotrox, and some others may still contain banned substances like Yohimbine.

Do the research, find out what you want and check. Even if they do contain banned substances, it's a gamble. If the bottle is unopened and it's in a bag from a large chain store like GNC or Vitamin Shoppe, as opposed to unlabelled open bottles of random capsules/ tablets, you might get away unchallenged in small quantities. Or, you might get it seized... or worse. Be prepared to wave goodbye to your money, and decide how much you can afford to lose.

Ten large tubs of pretty much anything tends to look like "possession with intent to supply" :grin:
