massive increase in your squats... you went from doing 20*70 to 20*95 that is a crazy jump. lol

umm yea guess it has jumped up bit, but it has been over 2-3 mths since i posted leg wrkout :shifty: so was only moving up 5kgs every 2-3 wks i guess :?

they're ok mate honestly, what really matters is how the whole body looks together.

so they might look worse if your upper body is wide and big, or they might look huge if it's the other way around.

put up a complete photo...only if you wanna

If you piece all the photos together you get a complete person!

QUESTION!!!! i have just bought som l-carnitine to use with my cardio days , but also wondering as directions on it just say 'take up to twice daily',so does that mean i can take it on days i dnt do cardio and it will stil have sum effect??

Have never used it ..... the science behind the supplementation of L-carnitine is very inconclusive with only a few case studies actually focused on real outcomes and then of those the catchment of subjects was very small and unrelated to bbing - i.e obese woman etc. Supplement companies have pushed its hype for years - was really big in the 90s - used in conjunctioon with the ECA ...

Just my opinion ... happy to be proved wrong :)

Proven:

Diet

Cardio

Clembuterol

T3/T4

ECA

Stanazol + dbol

Lipo suction :pfft:

... have used Lipo6/Xenodrine with good success (old formula Xeno was pretty awesome but it did have mau hung in it) .... Thermos are good to keep the intensity in your workouts etc .. i personally would add them if my cut was slowing down - reaching a sticking point. IMO if you do it all right at the start your body becomes too accustomed to them. - may be last 4-6 weeks. But that just my preference ... other trainers may have differing opinions and experience dependant on the controls and key focuses of their training formula.

good progress on the legs, The way u talked them down was expecting way less than that, 1day (see what u did there???) id be stoked to get some decent sweep going on like urs.

lol cheerz bro but honest that photo did them more justice that wot they deserve. ul prob find u do have a biger sweep already :wink:

Yeah I didnt check the dates... Looked like you were using 70kg for a few work outs then decided to make an increase and jumped up like 20%.

hrmmmmm, well i guess since every1 else has the stones to put up full body shots latley, il take the plunge and put sum up too 2nite :shifty: at least then itl give me sum to compare to wen i start getin into my cutt etc in few wks. :roll:

well here they are, this is me coming to the end of my bulk. :oops: not really much to look at, sucks wen u 6ft and got jack all mass, but oh well, it all comes with time (hopefully :pray: )

unfortunatly thats not really the case bro, i rape the ass outa my legs every wk as i do with every other part. unfortunitly i am not one that has the genetics for massive legs, so il rephrase your statement to "guttered ur legs arnt bigger " :pfft:

but yea hopfully for the comp im just gona try get them cutt to peices as in many cases that will count for more than som1 that just has more mass(& not cutt ) :lol:

lol i was trying to be nice about it.... have you tryd changing up your leg workouts, e.g. doing some 130x5 rep squats instead of 90x20 or whatever it is your doing.... im sure if you go heavy enough the mass will come.

yea mate ive done all sorts and to be honest theve only really started to grow in last few mnths as ive gone to the slightly lighter and more reps. (as ive herd a few other guys get the same results) plus my knee doesnt handle to heavy bro, thats right, ive got a case of 'pussy knee disease' :roll:
