I'd say you built up your core/legs thats where most of the weight will be in the muscles that support your spine.

really happy with deadlifts today, speed of the floor was great and had no sticking points on any reps !

that has to be your strongest DL session yet? good stuff mate.

yea mate, done stronger 1 reps but thats by far the strongest where iv done multiple sets above 160.

trained calves and hams today

2 exercises each

3 sets each exercise

just an easy session dont want to overdo it got chest in morning. and yes i will be doing another cycle if anyones interested.

trained chest today, very weak :( so not gonna post weights, all coz i hurt my arm a while back, anyway chest lagging size and strength so will be focusing on this for the next few months.

squats

2 sets high reps

leg ext

2 sets for reps

leg press focusing on quads

2 sets.

ave workout.

going to keep bulking to 100kg i have decided so 8 more kgs to go then i will do another cycle and try get up to 110.

workout was ok...... average.

2mo ill be hitting back hard! so gonna stuff my face tonight and i can see some bk for lunch 2mo =P~

worked up to some triples at 190 on deads then repped out some sets of 10-15 at 150

few other exercises chucked in there....

fri:

trained hams and calves

doing 10 sets of each, 2 ex each.... back was killing me :x

chest 2mo,

weights still the same, eating a heap of food.....

160x2..... dammit shorts getting too small every rep since the first set i could hear them ripping and they were getting worse as the weight went up so decided to stop hear... gym was packed and didnt want to make an ass of myself, shame because the squats were flying up.

calf raise

5 sets

leg ext

hack squat

please with volume today really nailed quads hard! were pumped after this, shame about the squats time to invest in some bigger shorts :shifty:

Heh! What about stretchy fabric? Or is that too ghey (for a guy)?

Guys dont wear lycra shorts. Or at least there is hardly an appropriate occasion for guys to wear lycra.

If my training buddy turned up in lycra I would tell him to piss off home. :evil:

I know the feeling with the shorts getting tighter and tighter when doing squats. :shifty:

my nuts were getting squashed enough as it was yesterday so no thanks!
