so quads and glutes still have doms from the squats on saturday

was going to train chest/tris today and give legs another days recovery but becbec came with was trying to show her how to deadlift so did a back workout instead

good workout pleased to finally get 200, went up smooth and easily could have got another 5kgs maybe another 10.

today just did some light chest and tris

wanted to do bb bench but gyms getting extremely busy of late :roll:

flat db flys

db incline

then hitting heavy bench on friday so be good to see where strength is at on that.

you still running pct? must be due for an update on bodyweight etc by now mate and a run down on your cycle. really curious as to how things have gone with body comp etc definatly still gaining strength going by your journal.

yes for another 2 weeks.

umm bodyweight has dropped a bit but diet and sleep have been off for the last week, yea still gaining strength

im trying to find were my camera has gotten too so i can take some after pictures but its gone walkabouts :? if i cant find it i will just borrow one but im hoping it shows up soon.

yea ill do a full run down, just going to take me a while to type it up..... have learnt a lot from this, made one big mistake and a few minor ones but all learning i guess...

will be doing back 2mo, deciding if ill go for a max deadlift 2moro, guess i will see how im feeling but would like to max out, that 200 didnt feel like a max last week....

also buying some more protein and foods 2mo :twisted: yuss payday.

Whats your BW at the moment?

You should be well past 200kg if your taking gear IMO, maybe try some racks if you are struggling with the top motion - and some GHR's for off the floor.

Nah mate not like that at all. Just meant he should be able to push himself a bit harder if he can recover quickly.

2mo going to do hams and something then fri bench then sat quads and something..... will decide later

ok heres some pics from when i first started........ well 6 months after to be honest, didnt take pics when i first started too :oops: so these ones are a few years and 25+ kgs ago

will post more recent pics every few days until i post my final pics, just to give an indication of how i have transformed so far.

you look about the same size I was at 28 LOL - 68kg

have you returned to normal after the cycle mate, everything ok?

yup think that was my weight in those pics... or around there

samwelly i am around 92kg last time i weighed

and i am still doing pct so its not over yet..... or not back to normal, another few weeks i should be and then i will know how much i have kept.
