and yes the cardio was definatly working, rest times were 10-20 seconds so was fucking puffed after 30 mins but all good.

starting to get the impression that the "genesis" test i was using first was underdosed, same stuff thatwasligt had that he posted up he thought it was fake.... well anyway since swapping to impact test weights gone up straight away and so has hunger etc...... so yea dunno what it was dosed at but pretty sure it wasnt 250mg/ml
