What a busy day, had a great time at outdoor ed and the boys were really good, always dodgy when you take them out in public..trying to tame their language at a Christian camp hahahaha. Did flying fox, downhill trolley, archery, waterslides and bombing off the rafts, but now I'm burnt as $@!

Trained back and chest...yep inthis heat but once i got there i thought let's just DO IT!!!!!

Super set bench press/wide grip pulldowns

wup olympic bar x 20reps x 2sets/18 x 20reps x 2sets

30 kgs x 15/30 x 15reps, 40kgs x 12/42 x 10reps, 45x 10/42 x 10, 50kgsx 6reps/48 x 8reps, 40kgs x 10/36 x 10reps

superset decline bench 40kgs x 10 x 3 with smith machine deadlifts standing ona box 40 kgs/15, 60kgs x 10, 80 kgs x 8, PB 90kgsx4 reps

superset incline dbell press/v bar close grip pulldown 12.5kg x 10/42 x 10,

12.5 x 8 reps/36x 10reps, 10.5 x 12/30 x 15

pullovers 2 sets of 10 reps with 15 kgs

Then went to do 20 mins on the bike had to stop after 14mins had to get home to go out later.

My eating is crap and clothes getting tighter, must stop with the choclate caramels MUST :evil:

Ha do you know a funny thing i learnt yesterday..you eata bout 6 spiders in your life time while you're sleeping..hahaha they just climb on in and gulp goneeeeee. :shock: none the wiser

Trained legs today....high reps low weights (the butt is bad and must be punished :nod: )

wup: superset leg xtn and ham curls 3 sets x 20 reps each

Squats: 4 sets 20 reps x 30 kgs

Stiff leg deads: 4 sets 20 reps x 30 kgs

Leg press (heels only on plate with toes out like plie squats) 4 x 20 x 40 kgs

Lying Ham curls (fast up supersuper slow down) 3 sets 12 x 12reps

Walking lunges 3 sets x 20/leg x 6kgs dbells

Got movies for the kids so ii can have a nana nap

Just do what i do...go straight from the gym to the supermarket and raid the bulk bins in the lolly aisle :pfft:

There ain't no lolly aisle in Havana supermarkets, Nessie...how will you cope :pfft: Should we get Duty-Free to add gummi-bears to their stocks just for you :grin:

No it's gonna be hard to forgo the lollies in Cuba which is why I'm eating them all now...well that's my excuse anyway.

Have been training ok

Up at 5:20 and walking each morning

Monday trained shoulders

Tuesday trained arms tried these new ones on the tbar row machine but with the ez bar, curling up gives a good pump, a bit like incline curls

Day off today yayaay. \:D/ I'm tired and tired and tired

Well I've well and truly blown it...my scales battery ran out about week and half ago so weighing myself at the gym ..when i get there which wasn't much last week and very little cardio too so went this morning and weighed in and ho my bad bad bad over a kilo up shoot I'm so pissed off with myself.

So with 6 weeks til we leave I have 7 kilos to lose BUGGa

Did a high rep leg circuit x 2

1.5(full down, half up, back down , fully up) sumo squats 14kg bbell x 20, ham curls 18 x 20, plyometric jump squats x 20, backward hyperxtns (lying the opp way and raising legs to squeeze hams and glutes) x 20, cross over lunges 6kg dbells x 20, abductors 130 x 20, leg press 40kgsx 20.

then 20 mins HIIT on bike

Onward and upward START AGAIN...again..again grrrrrrrrrr

It could be muscle that you've put on not fat? My weight varies at different points of the day and whether I've just eaten or trained it can vary as much as 3kg. Don't stress about it you will be where you want to be in 6 weeks, just keep plugging away at it! :grin:

The scales at home put me at 71, the scales at the gym put me at 69. That means, the scales at home LIE and need to be destroyed immediately.

Don't stress about it Ness, I'm sure you look great. You've been training hard and consistently.. so I'm sure its just the looming deadline that's messing with things :nod:

Thanks all..nice encouragement.

Went tothe gym today and weighed in even higher than yesterday...maybe because I had the "farewell to crap - vodka and lolly party" last night :pfft: :nod:

Been an angel today:

Meal 1: Oats, protein, coffee

Meal 2: Coffee, half HPLC, protein shake

GYM: Upper body circuit x 2 , 20 reps of everything, no rest between exercises, 1 min rest between circuit

Bench press 8kgs x 20, assisted chins 40 x 20, dbell shldr press 6kgs x 20, bicep curls 6kgs x 20, tricep pressdown 30 x 20, flyes 6kgs x 20, seated row 36x20, lat raises 4kgs x20.

Then HIIT rower - 4 intervals of 500m/1 min rest. Best 500m time 2:29

Got home an did 50 crunches, 50 obliques, 50 leg raises

Meal 3: Shake, tsp pnut butter

Meal 4: 5 egg whites 1 full egg boiled then mashed with dash mayo and pepper, 1 piece of vogels

So far so good..so very good :( i like da cookies :oops:

Went and bought some new scales...ones that supposedly do your bodyfat so did it.....weight 59.3 kgs body fat 26%

There numbers are up..posted now for accountability. I just need to see them go down.

Bonus was that my bf was less than hubbys..wow did that make me feel better :grin:

I have scales that do body fat too and if I'm dehydrated ie: early in the morning my BF is higher than later at night :shock: So the heavier I weigh the less body fat I have according to the scales!

I think it's a good round about figure but I would like to get my BF checked by a person to make sure.
