Yep I'll scare the socks off you next time :pfft: Just a matter of getting use to tecniques and training properly. And trusting my knees won't pop off or my back won't break or I won't drop the bar on my head, I definately think there should have been a spew bucket there I was a bag of nerves!!

Top effort BG at having a lift :clap: . The first comp is always the hardest but now that you got a feel for it you'll know what to expect. Catch up somtime on the lifting platform!
