impressive pics mike. forgive me if this has been asked, but how tall are you?

the olympia aside, are the pro shows divided into weight classes? would there be anywhere we can view pics of the pro shows you are competing in?

Hey Gazza,

Im 5foot 8 (174cm) The Pro is an open weight class although the 202 class is held as some shows (202lb/90kg) ill be well over that and hoping for 220-225lb

As far as veiwing pics the will be on FLEX on Line Bodybuilding.com and in the Flex mags, unfortnualy ill only now be competing in 2 shows as the last show i intended to do has been pushed out a week, which would mean i have to add an extra week to my trip,which for both professional and persoanl reasons i cant do. so ill be just doing Tampa and Dallas.

Its been a while since i posted, but im now inside the 20 week mark.

A couple of changes of direction. i have empoyed the services of Dave Palumbo http://www.davepalumbo.com to look after my nutrition.

Hence at 20 weeks out the ball is rolling. Daves ideas on dieting a very different to the way i have dieted in the past. at the moment i am on high Protein high fat and no carbs (ex fiberous)

3 days in and i have dropped a fair chunk of weight all water, this happens and then within 7 to 10 days ill level out as my body addapts to using fat over carbs as an energy source. it will mean a few days of very average workouts but this is the process and you just have to live with it untill you get the ball rolling.

Under his guidance i am using a few new supplements that i havent used before mainly based around keeping healthy throughout the process.

Each week i must take photos and email them to dave with weight progress and what i have been up to.

The lastest pics are at 20weeks and 109kg, not alot of diffence to the 24wk shots really.

Nice camo trucks Mike :wink: Looking massive! Looking forward to weekly updates. What types of fats are you consuming?

Whole Eggs, 90g natural Peanut Butter,1/3cup Almonds, 350g beef fat only lightly trimmed, 2T olive Oil, 3000mg Omega Fish Oil, 4000mg Evening Primrose.
