Training was good today .I trained shoulders and triceps started off with a set of light shoulder press's for a warm up set before I moved on to tri set

Tri set 5x6-8

DB shoulder press 50kg,50kg,50kg,50kg,50kg

DB front lateral raise 25kg,25kg,25kg,25kg,25kg or one 12.5kg DB in each hand

DB lateral raise 30kg,30kg,30kg,30kg,30kg

machine shoulder press 5x6-8 63kg,63kg,63kg,63kg,63kg

Bench dips with 20kg plate on lap 5x15to20 with 45 second rest between sets

Single arm tricpes pressdown 5x6-8 27,27,27,27,27 all in pounds

BB skull crushers 5x6-8 39kg,39kg,39kg,39kg,39kg

I yelled out Gym rat baby just as i was starting to do tri sets for shoulders

Roll on back and abs GYM RAT BABY!

The high volume training that I am doing for this program that I am it varys in time wise for example when I did legs on Monday it took me hour twenty to legs for chest and biceps it took 70 minutes and the same for today when I did shoulders and triceps today.Not to sure how long it will take be to train back and abs. One thingh I have notice training in this heat wave that all of NZ is having the gym is bloody dam hot even with fans going still.
